Our History

Our experience is what sets us apart from the competition. Our Founder was employed in the exotic materials division of a major midwest steel company’s research & development lab. This department was responsible for many components on the Gemini & Apollo Space programs and the mission to the moon. He was responsible for the heat treating lab, which included: vacuum atmosphere furnaces, sub-zero treatments, chemical milling and preparation. With his vast experience he developed these technologies which are protected under the The Economic Espionage Act of 1996 and The Defend Trade Secrets Act of 2016, enforced by The U.S. Court System. We draw from this knowledge and experience to surpass the competition.

Oh, and he is a vetern NHRA, IHRA racer with numerous class, elemination wins, and national records of his own.

What is it?

-is extremely slick and gets slicker as you apply pressure

-is twice as slick as Moly

-is itself a lubricant that bonds in a thin layer .5 to 1 micron with the surface by chemically interacting on a molecular level with the substrate.

We DO NOT paint our coatings on, or “cure” them in a toaster oven. Our process and materials are cutting edge.

Our processes and materials are cutting-edge and have been proven in the most extreme environments. We embed our proprietary materials into your part. This changes the materials surface structure and creates a permanent low friction surface on your part. It will never flake, chip or delaminate since it is permenantly bonded, thereby making it an entirely new surface.

We use a proprietary technology called “Force Altered” under license from Force Altered Technologies, Inc. The same technology being provided to the aerospace and military industries.

We also use proprietary blends of Rare Earth materials to obtain our fantastic extreme pressure durable low friction coatings.
